5. Herbs like slippery elm, plantain and Irish mos can also be taken but are sometimes less effective in comparison to other herbs.
6. Taking apple cider vinegar: a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar coupled with half glass water taken during the meal surely works. Acid cuts acid .the phrase can go best with the medicine.
7. Avoid inhaling smoke from tobacco, even of the person by your side.
8. Say no to carbonated drinks as they may lead your stomach to expand same as it happens in case of overeating.
9. Avoid eating junks like pizzas and burgers frequently.
10. Try to maintain your waistline.
11. If you are pulling any heavy thing than rather than bending stomach better bent the knees as squeezing of stomach may lead the acid upwards.
12. Avoid eating spicy veggies. Go for natural and have the dinner a bit two hours before you go to bed.
13. Tension may increase the acid levels to a great extent. go easy with preplanning.

All these precautions as well as cure will surely relieve you from the acid reflux and in turn from other harms caused by them.
