This form is one that is somewhat difficult to do as it involves abstaining from sex during the fertile period. This form of natural birth control is the most effective way to prevent a pregnancy. As you look at the natural birth control options and that of the chemical forms of birth control you will understand that with both of these options preventing a birth is a strong possibility. These forms of birth control are your best bet to planning when you are going to have a child.
