Environmental campaigns are being set on a regular basis, in an effort to safeguard public health, protect the earth and minimize the waste of raw materials.
The problem with the plan to recycle cell phones is that people don't want to give away a device that works fine just because they brought a new one and the problem appears again the next time you get a new mobile phone and so on.
